INTRODUCTION

In the world where everything is going digital and everything is instant, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming human and technology interface. Starting from the translation of languages to the alteration of pictures, apps with elements of artificial intelligence are gradually altering our lives. In the era of globalization and education using AI in the process, there is a need to know for the interplay between AI in the teaching process and the direct interaction between teachers and learners.

Today, Artificial Intelligence has become a part of our daily existence and improvises different aspects of our day-to-day activities. Starting from the booking applications for taxis that help determine the distribution of cars to the use of voice commands such as Siri or Alexa, data is processed, and specific experiences are offered. Text editors provide suggestion based on contexts, social media provides customized content feed, and chatbots for customers’ inquiries. Examples include recommendations of shows on Netflix, or ranking of search results on the internet. This is shown by the digital assistants and smart home devices in making work easier and efficient.

Here in El Salvador we are learning to use different applications to facilitate processes. It should be mentioned that in El Salvador an application has been created where you can know everything about our country, taking into account that it has a section where you can ask about bus routes. The app is called Alejandría.

Today the importance of creating a positive experience for users cannot be overestimated since people are too occupied with their busy schedule. Whether it’s a mobile app, a website, or a customer service interaction, the end goal is the same: It should enable the users to exit the site with a feeling of joy and wanting to come back. The three of them if achieved ensures that every single point on the interaction contributes affirmatively to the experience to make it optimal, Intuitive Desgin, Responsive interfaces and Personalized content.
